  1. What currency is your shop in?

  3. When will my order be shipped?
  4. The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For in stock items I do my best to ship items out within 5-7 business days. However, life can get in the way sometimes and orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship.  

    Please note due to COVID-19 there are HEAVY delays in shipping worldwide with Australia Post due to limited flights from Australia. Please be patient and stay safe out there.


  5. Do you offer international shipping?
  6. Yes! I ship worldwide and all items include tracking.


  7. I'm from the UK can I still order?
  8. Yes please send me a DM via  Twitter  or  Instagram  and we can sort out your order.


  9. How are orders shipped?
  10. All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking.


  11. How do pre-orders work?
  12. Preorders are used to help fund the production of an item. When you buy a pre-order item you are committing to the purchase. Those who participate in a preorder are guaranteed to receive their item with the highest quality out of the batch. Some preorders may also have a lower price for the item to help get it funded. Unfortunately I do not offer an refunds or cancellations of orders for change of mind.


  13. How much is shipping?
  14. Shipping depends on exact package weight and delivery location. Because of this, I'm unable to give you an exact answer. You will be given a shipping price during checkout.


  15. I made an error in my address!/I need to change my address! What should I do?
  16. Please let me know ASAP! If you made an error in your address, please message me within the first 24hrs so I can get that fixed for you. If you have moved to a different address, please contact me immediately. Once your order has shipped, I cannot make any changes to your address. If your order is delivered to the wrong address, I am not held responsible. If your order is sent back because of an insufficient/incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment fee.


  17. Do you accept returns & exchanges?
  18. All orders are final. I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If there are any problems with your order please contact me.


  19. Customs and import taxes 
  20. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.  


  21. Do you offer group orders for my country?
  22. If you know a GOM that would like to place bulk orders, please contact me via Twitter  @stargirlstyle.


  23. Do you accept the Hamish and Andy Loyalty card?
  24. Yes! Of course it is the card the stores love. If you have one, message me a photo of your loyalty card and I'll send you a discount code.
